At Chiropractic First, we like to think that energy flows where your energy goes.
We understand that a care plan which requires frequent visits doesn’t work for everybody, and that’s fine. We have a casual, relaxed atmosphere, giving you the ability to come and go as you please.
DR KIRK STEVENS
You could say that I have had a lifelong involvement with chiropractic.
Having discovered the benefits as a youngster, I have dedicated my career to helping my patients enjoy better health and sharing my knowledge and experience with a new generation of chiropractors.
I graduated from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2002 and my practice, Chiropractic First, has been a familiar part of the Mt Eden community for the past 15 years. On days when the practice is closed I act as mentor and tutor at the college.
As a health professional, I aim to provide a highly individualised level of care and incorporate a range of techniques to suit your individual requirements. These include manual Diversified, Gonstead and drop table as well as toggle recoil and activator techniques. It’s a privilege to be able to make a positive change in someone’s health and life. That’s why I will never lose the passion and energy I bring to the individuals and families I have helped and watch grow over the years.

“ I am a self confessed nerd and am in love with how chiropractic care facilitates greater neurophysiology. The brain and nerve system controls everything in our body, it makes sense that by increasing that vital brain-body communication, that we have greater mental, emotional and physical health, ultimately building YOUtopia”
